We use a variety of carriers to help us deliver our CEWE products to our customers. The most appropriate carrier will be selected by CEWE, which can fulfil the delivery based on the size and weight of the CEWE order and it's delivery location.
Our customers can select to have delivery to a InPost location, if home delivery is not required and this will be presented as an option in the basket.

Which locations can InPost deliver too?
InPost only have locations in the UK mainland only. There are no pickup locations available in Northern Ireland or the Channel Islands.
What Products can I select for InPost Delivery?
The option for InPost delivery will be available on all products, please be aware some of our CEWE products may not fit in the lockers. In these cases, our Customer Service team will be in touch to arrange alternative delivery options.
What Communication will I get regarding my InPost delivery?
You will receive regular communication from InPost on the delivery of your CEWE product via email and you can access the information from the In Post app available via the app store. If you have included your mobile number, you will also receive updates via text.
How do I collect my InPost delivery from CEWE?
Once you receive the notification that your CEWE product has arrived, you can access your QR code and collection code from either the email or in the InPost app. Once you get to your chosen location, you can scan the QR code or enter the collection code to retrieve your item.
How long do I have to collect my CEWE product from the InPost Locker?
Your order will be available to collect for 3 days from the time the order is delivered. You will receive an email once the order has been delivered. If you do not manage to collect your order for 48 hours, you will receive a reminder that you have 24 hours to collect the order. After this time has passed your order will be returned to CEWE and our dedicated Customer Service team will be in touch with you.
