The pieces fit together so precisely you may even hear a soft “click” as you assemble the puzzle. Thanks to their precise manufacturing process, a completed Ravensburger jigsaw puzzle is so flawless you could frame it! Ravensburger use only the best materials, rather than standard paperboard, they use their own Original Ravensburger Quality puzzle material, with a particular length and orientation of cellulose fibres that makes it perfect for jigsaws. It’s environmentally friendly too! Your personalised jigsaw will be expertly printed on special linen-embossed paper, minimising reflections and glare to give your jigsaw a smooth, matte finish, which is then backed by Ravensburger’s own premium jigsaw material.
The size of the pieces depends on the number of pieces in the puzzle. All our jigsaw pieces are around 2 mm thick, and between 1.7×1.8 cm and 4×5 cm in size.
Both CEWE and Ravensburger pieces are digitally printed onto linen-embossed paper backed by paperboard.
Our largest personalised puzzle has 2000 pieces and is 98 x 75 cm, so there's plenty of space to create a collage or set a challenge for any puzzle lover you know.
When creating one of our personalised puzzles, you can feature up to 27 of your favourite photos. Whether you create a photo collage puzzle or choose to only include one, you can also include clip art and text to further enhance your creation for the perfect puzzle picture.
If you have kids or are looking for a fun way to announce a life milestone like an engagement or a new pet, our smaller 112 and 266 piece jigsaws are great fun.
